Downtown Schenectady will come alive with holiday spirit for the 54th year as Schenectady County kicks off the season with the largest nighttime parade in the Northeast. The annual holiday event will feature dazzling floats, fire trucks, marching bands and dance troupes. Come early and dance in the streets at Schenectady County’s Holiday Block Party! Festivities begin at 5pm.
