Hibiscus Pomtini
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Conniption gin
1 oz Monin hibiscus syrup
1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
.25 oz pomegranate juice
1 egg white (pasteurized)
Instructions:
• Dry shake all ingredients
• Add ice and shake again
• Strain into a cold coupe glass
• Top with your choice of garnish.Â
