The delicatessen is the latest offering of Chef’s Solutions, LLC, a catering and personal chef service established in 2007. With a cozy, neighborhood feel, Chef’s Deli & More is ideal for those who want to pick up a meal-to-go or for those who want to supplement their cuisine by trying something new.
The delicatessen is owned and operated by Certified Executive Chef James G. Rhoads III, CEC AAC, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, along with his wife Linda. Chef Jim offers informed recommendations for special dietary needs, including diabetes, sodium restricted, gluten free, and heart-healthy diets, as well as individual food preferences or aversions.
The deli offers daily lunch specials, hot and cold sandwiches, assorted salads, and fully prepared always fresh entrées, including Mediterranean cuisine and heart-healthy options.
Customers may pick up nutritionally balanced, ready to reheat meals for one, or nutritious dinners for four, with menu options changing monthly. The deli even offers homemade, preservative-free dog treats for your canine friends!
For your catering needs, customers can work with Linda and Chef Jim to custom design a menu that meets your budget and specific tastes. Hours are 10 am-7 pm Monday to Friday; 9 am-5 pm Saturday; closed Sunday. Local delivery is available.
