This wonderful Mac n’ cheese recipe comes courtesy of Scarboroughs Restaurant & Tavern.
8 oz elbow macaroni (cooked)
2 oz. diced tomatoes
Pinch of parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and parsley
1 cup of milk
3 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 oz. butter
1 oz flour
- On stove top, make sauce by combining milk, butter and flour; then add shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add tomatoes & seasoning.
- Mix with the elbow macaroni, sprinkle with bread crumbs and broil until GBD (Golden Brown & Delicious).
- If using the broiler is not an option, then bake at 350 until GBD.
