Ingredients:
2oz ALB Vodka
1oz strawberry puree
½ oz simple syrup
Splash of lemon juice
Mint leaves
Seltzer
1 strawberry
Directions:
• Shake first four ingredients on ice with mint leaves.
• Pour into a Collins glass and top with seltzer.
• Garnish with strawberry and mint leaf.
