Ingredients:
2 lbs beef, pork, veal mix
2 large eggs
½ lb plain bread crumbs
1 1/4 cups cold water
3 Tbsp and 2 tsp parsley
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp and 1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp and 1 tsp salt
Directions:
• Mix all ingredients together until combined.
• Form mixture into balls and cook on a lightly oiled sheet pan in a 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.
• Simmer the meatballs in your favorite sauce for an additional 10-15 minutes and serve. Â
